The Hula Story

Jerry and Sandy Wong, the founders of Hula’s, were born and raised in Hawaii. They brought with them not only her talents in the kitchen, but also the Hawaiian tradition of Ohana (family), their sense of community and the Spirit of Aloha.

Aloha to many mean “hello, goodbye or love;” it’s true definition is “a joyfully sharing of life.”  It is with this Spirit of Aloha that Sandy cooks her unique dishes – an eclectic blend of pf Asian, American, and Hawaiian spices, prepared with an island flair and served with a heavy dose of Hawaiian hospitality that creates a true dining experience for our customers.

Keeping the Hawaiian tradition of an Ohana style family restaurant, Hula’s is not fancy – just simple, lot of it, and “ONO”(delicious). It’s the food that Sandy cooks at home for our family and friends when they come to visit.

Being part of this community and serving the best food in town is neither our mission nor our passion – at Hula’s, it is our OBSESSION.  It is with this obsession that Sandy, Jerry and our Hula Ohana welcome our guest to be a part of our Ohana.
